1. Your use of CropGuard
CropGuard AI provides AI-based crop disease detection and advisory information. By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your login credentials secure, and to provide accurate information about yourself and your farm.
2. Nature of the advice
Scan results are informational and provided to assist decision-making. CropGuard is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional agronomic judgment. Always verify severe cases with a qualified agronomist, and follow all label instructions on any product you apply.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. Each account is for one user or, on Enterprise plans, the named organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Free plan: 10 scans per month, no payment required. Pro plan: billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Enterprise: billed per agreement. You can cancel Pro anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued only where required by law.
5. Fair use
Scans are counted per account. Free-plan limits are enforced to keep the service accessible. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, resell access, or upload unlawful content.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the crop photos and data you upload. You grant CropGuard a limited licence to store and process that content to provide the service and improve our models. You can delete your content at any time.
7. Intellectual property
CropGuard AI's software, models, brand, and content are owned by CropGuard AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
8. Liability
CropGuard is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CropGuard AI is not liable for crop losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from reliance on scan results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms with notice. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days.
